香港地下設施探測中心

專業背景與資歷 本公司成立於 2001 年，憑藉超過 25 年的地下設施探測與監控經驗，至今已成功完成逾 3,000 宗探測報告。我們的專業團隊由香港管綫專業學會 (HKIUS) 會員、註冊專業工程師 (RPE)、合資格人士 (CP) 及安全主任等組成，致力為客戶提供地下設施勘察、精準探測及渠務維修的全面解決方案。我們的客戶群涵蓋政府工務部門、公用事業機構、大型顧問公司及承建商。
保障施工安全 香港街道地下設施密佈，包括供電電纜、燃氣管道、電訊線路（電話、有線電視、光纖）、交通燈、街燈、水管及各類排水管網。損壞這些設施可能導致燃氣洩漏、火災、爆炸或通訊中斷，嚴重威脅工人及公眾安全。若因施工疏忽引致意外，承建商除須承擔數以百萬計的維修賠償外，更可能面臨最高 20 萬港元罰款及 12 個月監禁的刑事法律責任。
法規遵從 根據《供電電纜（保護）規例》、《氣體安全條例》及《2021 年電訊（修訂）條例》，承建商在開工前必須取得相關設施資料，並根據實務守則採取一切合理步驟，確定電纜、氣體管及電訊設施的準確位置。在施工期間，亦必須採取充分的保護措施以確保設施不受損害。

Our multi-disciplinary team includes Members of the Hong Kong Institute of Utility Specialists (MHKIUS), Registered Professional Engineers (RPE), Competent Persons (CP), and Safety Officers. We specialize in providing reliable surveying, detection, and drainage maintenance consultancy to government public works departments, utility providers, consultants, and contractors.
Public Safety & Risk Mitigation Hong Kong’s urban landscape is underlaid by a dense network of utilities, including power cables, gas mains, telecommunications (fiber optics and cable TV), traffic control systems, water mains, and sewerage networks. Accidental damage to these services can trigger catastrophic events such as gas leaks, fires, or explosions, jeopardizing both site workers and the general public. Beyond the risk of millions in repair costs and damages, negligence can lead to criminal prosecution, resulting in fines of up to HK$200,000 and 12 months’ imprisonment.
Regulatory Compliance In accordance with the Electricity Supply Lines (Protection) Regulation, Gas Safety Ordinance, and the Telecommunications (Amendment) Ordinance 2021, contractors are legally mandated to obtain utility records and take all reasonable steps to ascertain the exact location of underground services before commencement. Strict adherence to the relevant Codes of Practice and the implementation of protective measures during construction are essential to prevent service strikes.
