Trenchless Technology: Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining We specialize in Trenchless Pipe Rehabilitation using Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) technology. Whether requiring Full Lining for entire sections between manholes or Patch Lining for localized structural repairs, this method restores hydraulic capacity and structural integrity without the need for disruptive excavation. Methodology & Execution:
Tailored Preparation: A flexible fiber-reinforced sleeve, impregnated with specialized resin, is cut to the required length—ranging from a short localized patch to a full-length run between manholes.
Non-Disruptive Deployment: The liner is inserted and positioned within the existing host pipe through accessible manholes.
Inflation & Bonding: High-pressure air is used to expand the liner, ensuring it conforms perfectly to the inner geometry of the host pipe wall.
Curing & Solidification: By introducing heat (hot water or steam) or UV light, the resin is activated to cure and harden. This creates a high-strength, corrosion-resistant "pipe-within-a-pipe" that effectively seals leaks and reinforces the structure.
